Lima Site 85 (TACAN Channel 85) on top of 5800' mountain in Northern Laos -1967. This site was overrun by Viet Cong in spring of 1968. (see story in book "One Day Too Long")


Lima Site 36- northern Laos - staging base for missions. Two Jolly Green H-3's at left center of picture. All the "junk" is 55 gallon fuel barrels brought in by Air America "Caribous" and C-123's.
